We currently ship within Kerala. We offer delivery to all PIN codes, including urban, suburban, and rural areas

2. Processing Time

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, except during holidays or public events. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS.

3. Delivery Time

  • Minimum Delivery Time: Your order should reach you within 3 business days for locations in major cities and towns.
  • Maximum Delivery Time: Delivery may take up to 7 to 10 business days for more remote areas or during peak seasons.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the shipping address, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available for orders above ₹500

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • UPI

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing tracking details. You can track the status of your shipment via the provided link. if Possible

7. Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with your order, such as delays, damages, or incorrect items, please contact our customer support at neosvariety@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your package, and we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within Kerala. We are working to expand our shipping options internationally in the future.
